Buyers are welcome in Jepara. We arrange pickup from Semarang airport and a full day on the factory floor.

Trade Terms

Minimum order

One 40HC container, mixed items allowed. At least 10 pieces per item.

Lead time

60 to 75 days from deposit and approved sample to loading.

Payment

30% deposit with the order, 70% against copy of the Bill of Lading.

Timber legality

SVLK V-Legal document with every shipment. FSC lines available on request.

Samples

Paid samples, fully credited against your first container order.

Packing

Knock-down or assembled. Cartons, foam corners and ISPM 15 pallets.

FAQ

Asked by first-time buyers.

Can you make furniture from my drawings?

Yes. Send drawings or a reference photo with dimensions. We return a technical drawing and a prototype quote within a week.

Will teak crack in a dry, heated climate?

Kiln drying to 10 to 12% moisture is what prevents it. Each batch is measured with a moisture meter, and the reading is on your QC report.

Can I visit before ordering?

Please do. Most first orders come after a factory visit. We pick you up in Semarang and arrange a hotel in Jepara.

Do you ship under my brand?

Yes. Your logo can go on burn marks, hang tags and cartons at no extra cost from one 40HC.
